Sarah tailored the sessions perfectly to want I needed. I always feel comfortable with expressing how I feel knowing it’s confidential, and always feel Sarah understands where I am coming from even if I do think to myself: am I making sense?! I’ve just gone off on a long random rant of emotions! Sarah is so professional but also has this lovely way with her that makes you feel like you’re talking to your best friend.
